We’re looking for a Midweight Experience Designer to join a technology brand in Wiltshire on a 12 month fixed term contract. There is the option to work from the Wiltshire or Bristol offices long term.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining the Digital Experience team of a top global technology brand. In this role you’ll be working across the full spectrum of their digital ecosystem on high profile, global projects. All alongside a team of fellow experience specialists as well as a wider project, product, and development function.
The team are well renowned for their engineering capabilities and digital has been a high growth area for them over the last few years. You’ll be stepping into a team that has grown to include research as a distinct specialism so your work will involve collaborating with research experts to access insight both qualitative and quantitative.
At mid-level you’ll maintain a blended role that involves UX and UI outputs. You’ll be supported with research findings from the wider team that inform your concepts, wireframes and prototypes. You’ll then take projects through to high fidelity finished visuals. Your work will see you support the areas of new product development, digital campaign and other key projects.
Working as part of a sizeable design team you’ll have the support of seniors and experienced managers across the business to work with on projects and support your development.
What experience you’ll need
- Previous experience in a design role that involves UX and UI design outputs.
- A portfolio showcasing your digital expertise with evidence of UI design and a user centred process to projects.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards and user flows.
- Experience of working to an Agile / Scrum delivery process.

- Able to work from offices in Bristol, Wiltshire or London (either full time or part time if required), roughly 3 days a week but some flex may be possible.
