Senior Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Designer to join an ambitious global business based in Falmouth. Theyre market leaders in a very specialist healthcare sector, so this is an opportunity to be part of something huge that will help benefit families & individuals across the globe.

What youll be doing

What wont you be doing! No day is likely to be the same; youll be getting stuck in with a variety of briefs from printed collateral, branding, exhibitions, internal comms, integrated campaigns, digital assets, video and 2D animations. Theres a real opportunity here to own the visual identity for the brand, ensuring all creative material is consistent across internal/external communications, so plenty to get your creative juices flowing!

Youll be joining an existing, collaborative creative team made up of multidisciplinary designers, copywriters and web designers (as well as working with wider teams within the business), youll deliver creative solutions across a wide range of channels - So theres no doubt youll be a solid all-rounder who can turn their creative hand to an array of touchpoints.

Aside from your design duties, youll be hands on with the production of promotional videos, photography shoots, 2D animations and liaise with internal/external stakeholders - Overall this is a varied, exciting and rewarding role for a senior designer to be part of a business that excels in a very specialist field.  

What experience youll need to apply

  • A portfolio of commercially delivered projects across print, digital and animation.
  • Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
  • Confident with Premier Pro/After Effects.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • A working knowledge of video production/photography.
  • Confident, professional and articulate.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest high street brands within the FMCG sector. What youll be doing Working within a team of 5 designers youll be researching and using current trend knowledge to produce bespoke giftware designs to be rolled out across high street retailers. With a very hands-on approach, you wont be afraid of getting stuck in with physical sample development. On the flip side, youll confidentially use Adobe Creative Suite to digitally visualise concepts to final designs through to artworking. Essentially we arent looking for someone with heaps of experience, just someone with a passion for all things design, fresh ideas and a clear interest in the gifting industry.
