I am looking for a Data and Analytics Manager to join an established not for profit brand in the heart of Swindon. Joining this fantastic organisation, you will be responsible for the strategic development of their databases and develop data-driven insights in order to plan, organise and improve marketing activity.
What you’ll be doing?
You will be a member of the CRM department, managing a small team of analysts. You will be working alongside other teams to manage the direct marketing agency to deliver actionable insights. You will be undergoing campaign planning and forecasting as well as being in charge of digital campaigns.
You will need to have strong analysis experience as you will be required to run complex analysis and present technical presentations and reports to senior non-technical agencies. Customer segmentation is a key part of this role, you will need to be able to segment customer data and develop predictions to ensure the success of campaigns.
This organisation wants to be more data-driven with their decision making, so this would be a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven analyst so you can really make your mark on the role and influence the entire business.
What experience you’ll need to apply?
- Excellent Data Analysis background.
- Customer segmentation experience.
- Propensity modeling experience.
- Strong data visualisation experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Statistical packages; SAS and or SPSS/WPS.
- Have an understanding of Marketing.
