There will also be a requirement to travel to the France Head Office once a month, and occasional travel when there is an event or exhibition, home or abroad.
What you'll be doing
This is a senior role with a lot of responsibility, you will be a key driver in the success and continued growth of this company. With close to 2000 SKUs spanning Digital Fine Art, Print and Technical Imaging, you will need to pull SAP reports, utilise the data on product performance and make strategic decisions and recommendations on product portfolio, price and relevant inventory.
You will provide competitor and customer insight to ensure the product and price offering is relevant. You must profile the customer and understand the needs and demands of their business, this includes distributors and resellers, as well as the end user.
You will manage new product introductions as well as end of life products, and provide regular reporting as you go, whilst also providing forecast information in to the supply chain.
This is a company with a Global reach, and as such you will ensure the pricing strategy is implemented in all countries. There will be ad hoc events and exhibitions where you will be required to attend, and this could be in the UK or as far away as Japan, so you will need a degree of flexibility, but all expenses will be covered. You will be a confident communicator, feeling at home in front of an audience giving presentations, and supporting product launches.

- Proven experience within a similar role
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Strong project management skills
- High degree of self motivation and drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident when giving presentations
- A second language would be beneficial but not essential

No two days will be the same, you will have the flexibility of working from home for the first 12-24 months, regular travel to other sites and foreign soils; this is a highly varied role. They're offering you a competitive salary (£35k-£40k) and all expenses paid during your travels.
