Description

Lovely client base.
Fantastic culture.
Beautiful location.

Good news, one of the shiniest jewels in the South Coast’s agency crown is opening its doors to one exceptional SEO Specialist. If you’re looking to join a business that works with top international brands delivering digital excellence, and you can walk the walk in terms of delivering results through brilliant organic search – we should be talking.

What you’ll be doing

You will be given a huge amount of autonomy to work with your clients, getting under the skin of their business problems, crafting and delivering search-driven solutions that will help them achieve their goals. With a lot of freedom, comes a lot of responsibility. You will be excited to have personal ownership over the client results and will be confident in delivering tangible results.

The sort of SEO that we’re looking at here is pretty broad, covering technical SEO, the outreach / content side of things as well as onsite optimisation. It’s important that you are well grounded across all of these areas, but you will have the support of a content and PR agency for the more creatively driven bits. So the most essential area for you to be a true expert is the more technical / onsite side of SEO.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Demonstrable SEO experience
  • Passion for SEO
  • Client facing experience
  • Strong search skills

What you’ll get in return for your experience

As well as working within one of the most respected digital teams in Southampton, with some of the country’s nicest brands (both big and small) and having true ownership of the work that you produce – you can (of course) expect a generous salary of around £30k - £35k. This really can be flexible for the right person though, if you’re more junior but can demonstrate the technical prowess and credibility to drive this side of the agency forward we’d still like to talk, or if you’re more senior and will be bringing bags of expertise we could look at a package that matches that.
