What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll firstly be creating a set of scalable processes and frameworks for Project Management and Delivery to implement across the business, not just across technology change. The first major change programmes to begin once these are in place will be data-motivated and be sponsored by the internal Technology Committee. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Data, Head of Engineering, and reporting directly into the CEO.
What experience you’ll need
Due to this role being the first of its kind within the business, as well as being a senior stakeholder for the future of technology, the business are open to negotiate the salary for the right candidate. There is also a very generous baseline for benefits which is also open to negotiation.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll firstly be creating a set of scalable processes and frameworks for Project Management and Delivery to implement across the business, not just across technology change. What experience you’ll need
- Experience delivering Large scale Change and transformation programmes. Ideally within a financial services, Investment, or Fin-tech business.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to understand overarching business objectives and defining a target operating model in line with these.
- A strong track record of delivering both individual projects and larger complex programmes across digital and data.
- A background in Business Intelligence or Analytics would be beneficial due to the data-motivated programmes in the future of the business, however this isn’t a requirement.
