We're working with a globally renowned business that due to growth are recruiting for two Film Producers to join the team in Malmesbury. 

What you'll be doing

Working alongside a busy team of filmmakers, camera operatives, editors, and researchers you will play a vital role managing project plans, stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring that everything runs to clockwork, project plans are formulated and effective, resources are impeccably planned, with the team knowing exactly what they will be doing, why they'll be doing it and when. You will deliver the goods each and every time with very tight deadlines, this is an extremely fast paced role. 

You will also enjoy using your communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively, whilst helping create ideas, conceptualising concepts and presenting these ideas and solutions confidently. The work is extremely varied from new product launches, internal comms marketing collateral through to bringing ideas and inventions to life from conception.  

What experience you'll need to apply

  • You will have experience in Project Management as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer, ideally gained experience within a film production environment.

  • You will be experienced in concept creation, producing design proposals and storyboards.

  • Enjoy taking projects from inception to completion.

  • Comfortable working with sizeable workload, juggling multiple tasks and projects at any one time.

  • Calm under pressure with strong communication skills as this role is client facing.
