What youll be doing

As a key member of this team youll maintain and grow candidate pools across core role specialisms and locations, market mapping opportunity, working hand in hand with consultants to support new business activity and the account management of pre-existing clients.

Youll enjoy spotting opportunities at a 1000 paces, piecing together the right people with the right vacancies, proactively approaching and maintaining contact to understand needs and ambitions.

Youll also write compelling adverts, keep track of their placement and effectiveness, scour CV and internal databases, rekindle candidate relationships, network and utilise LinkedIn to drive direct and passive candidate attraction.

Now with private equity investment, the company is going from strength to strength whilst retaining their relaxed (but commercial) culture. eCommerce is at the core of the business growth strategy, which has brought about the need for a eCommerce Marketing Analyst in the team.  What youll be doing Working as a team of 6 and reporting into the Head of eCommerce, youll use various reporting tools to draw insights and improve the teams understanding across eCommerce. The main areas this will help drive include Digital Marketing (PPC, SEO, CRM, Social Media) and Web Development (areas for improvement to the customer journey).  This type of role is a big draw to those in an analytical role already, or digital marketers with good analytical exposure looking to move into this space.
