One of the World's best known and loved brands are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join the team as they progress through a large scale marketing analytics programme. You'll be working for a globally recognised brand as they work hard to employ a much more data-centric approach to marketing.
What you'll be doing
You will be joining at a time where the transformation project is in full swing, which means it will be fast-paced but fun and rewarding, as your skills and expertise help to take this programme to the next level. As the CRM Campaign Manager, you'll be extremely focused in getting to know your customer, and working with Data Planners, Strategists and other Campaign Managers that bring customers closer to the brand, thinking beyond campaigns that are heavily related to a product. For example, you might look at how seasonal changes might be the good platform for a campaign, and you'll work to implement this. Your campaigns will be based on insight: you'll have access to a large database where you can draw on information and will work closely with the creative team as well as Data Scientists. Managing multiple projects will be a strength of yours - agency experience is advantageous.
What experience you'll need to apply
