What you’ll be doing
Working closely with the Head of CRM and Loyalty, as well as the Sales and Customer teams, you will work on campaigns across the customer lifecycle from quote, through to acquisition and then at renewal stage, across multiple channels including email, direct mail, web, and door drops.
You’ll be working closely with the rest of the team to map the customer journey, identifying key interaction points, as well as continually improving customer communications and processes. You will also develop a solid understanding of the relationship and journey from online to offline/phone sales, as well as managing customer loyalty and referral programmes.
What experience you’ll need to apply to the role
- Demonstrable CRM experience, ideally gained within a B2C environment.
- Experience in developing retention programmes.
- A solid understanding of CRM systems.
