What you’ll be doing
Support the build a customer feedback AI engine. The engine needs to be fed with categorisations to help it learn how to categorise the verbatim data, all the comments customer surveys, social listening and other online feedback. This assignment is to classify and categorize customer feedback text and phrases to train the model so it can identify sentiment from the wording customers use so the company can see what the general feedback is on their products.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- General understanding of machine learning
- A keen interest in AI & machine learning projects
- Commercial experience working in an analytical, IT or customer experience department
- Strong command of the English language and syntax
- Solid communication skills

This is a 2 month contract paying up to £225 per day (dependent on experience)
