We’re looking for Digital Designers on a contract basis from Junior up to Senior to join an internal agency based in Wiltshire. This role sits within the internal marketing agency and will lead the delivery of CRM and data driven campaigns for the business.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Digital Creative Head these roles sit within a talented team of designers, copywriters and content strategists all collaborating to deliver digital campaigns to a global customer base.

Embedded within the internal marketing agency, and with a close relationship to data and analytics, the Integrated Campaigns team delivers strategic campaigns across all channels including web, digital advertising, social and email.

Working with a big name brand means well-defined guidelines but you will be expected to push both the creative and technical boundaries of digital campaign, knowing how to get the most out of the brand and always pushing for innovation.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Conceptual in experience with good design skills.
  • A portfolio full of digital design solutions.
  • Confident within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Some knowledge of CRM and digital campaign channels.
  • Agency or fast paced in-house creative studio experience.
  • After Effects, Sketch, HTML skills a bonus.

You’ll be joining an experienced and close-knit team, to support in the production of print ready artwork for both print and digital. With your fluency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, you’ll create layouts as directed by the in-house designers to be fully executed across integrated channels to a high standard. One day you could be working on their 100-page catalogue, the next you could be producing digital artwork to be built into an email design. Alongside this you’ll be organising and managing creative assets, performing any amends, and proof checking finalised designs – getting them ready to pass on to external stakeholders. Although this is predominantly a technical artworking role, ideally you’ll have both an eye for visual layout and an appreciation of good design craft to bring to the table. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience in a technical artworker role in a commercial setting. A portfolio full of artwork for solely print, or integrated channels. Ideally have worked for ecommerce business in the past. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign and Photoshop, Illustrator a bonus. Have great attention to detail and some knowledge of producing print production ready files. An appreciation for great design craft and high-quality execution. What you’ll be doing Within the role you will design, manage, implement, and optimise the company website and online journeys. Effective development of digital strategies for website & user journeys will ensure that they contribute to, and complement, the business objectives and performance targets. You will also be responsible for important analysis across full digital user journeys. This will include performance analysis of the website, as well as identifying CRO tests to demonstrate ROI and conversion against key metrics.   You will also have strong collaborative working relationships with the wider marketing team, to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned and are optimised for improved online conversion.
