Working to build a centre of excellence, modernise the business and transform the way they work, and making all their exciting plans a reality, the company are going through amazing changes to ensure the customer journey is at the forefront.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll join as part of a new digital transform team which will bring together and consulate a number of apps as well as looking at new technology for the business. You will lead from the data and insight analytics aspect.
Most importantly, this role is for a product lead with a commercial head on their shoulders and how you can translate this into action. You’ll ideally be coming from an insights or digital background so you can hit the ground running and be able to show your experience.
You’ll be coming in to look at the future. You’ll be working across their main offering alongside their other companies to consolidate and create a central point of information. You’ll be bringing the journey together, assisting from a data perspective when putting new platforms together alongside defining what data needs to be captured, all data points around their new app, and how this would be visualised.
You’ll be looking at how they build the product experience KPIs and what this would look like and how to measure various aspects alongside driving the product experience with insights. You’ll also be looking at reports and bringing these together each month.
You’ll be looking globally across various regions to establish how you can use the data and digging into data to uncover more about the changes and differences globally and how they can adapt to these.
The company are using various BI tools, this team has yet to establish what is working best for them, so you’ll have the opportunity to suggest the best fit for purpose and use your knowledge around how they can look at business intelligence and more. You’ll also be looking at the web and app usage and the backend data for the building of the new app.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Several years’ experience working in a product analytics role
- Exposure to digital analytics and BI tools
- Exposure of working in a company going through a digital transformation
- Must have experience working alongside Product Managers/Owners, or a background in this
- Strong understanding of how data can lead to commercial decision
- Able to translate ideas into action
What you’ll get in return for your experience
A base salary up to £85,000 per annum, plus a great benefits package and training.
This role requires two days a week in their London or Swindon offices.
