Senior Digital Creative (10 Month FTC)

Were looking for a Senior Digital Creative to join a leading digital studio in Wiltshire. This role sits within the internal marketing agency and will lead the delivery of CRM and data driven campaigns for the business. This role is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract.
What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Digital Creative Head you will work closely with a talented team of designers, copywriters and content strategists to deliver digital campaigns to a global customer base.
Embedded within the internal marketing agency, and with a close relationship to data and analytics the Senior Digital Creative sits within the Integrated Campaigns team, delivering campaigns across all channels including web, digital advertising, social and CRM. Working with a big name brand means well-defined guidelines but you will be expected to push both the creative and technical boundaries of digital campaign, knowing how to get the most out of the brand and always pushing for innovation.
This role won't involve direct line management but were looking for someone at a senior level, a confident leader who's able to get the most out of more junior members of the team. You'll be an active player in senior stakeholder discussions, confident when presenting your work and able to articulate your design decisions.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Conceptual in experience with good design skills.
- A portfolio full of digital design solutions.
- Confident within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Expert knowledge of CRM and digital campaign channels.
- Good leadership qualities.
- Used to working at pace and on large scale campaigns.
- Agency or fast paced in-house creative studio experience attractive.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, able to confidently communicate with people at all levels of a business.

This is an exciting time to join, the product is already in use and some major new customers have been acquired leading to millions in new revenue. As it stands, you’ll be working with the product owner, a small team of senior developers and a QA lead. Up until now design and development has been outsourced to get the product in good shape, the next step is bringing everything in-house.As part of a small team the UX/UI Designer will have a multifaceted role and support the senior developers and product owner in creating the best user experience possible across all products. The product will be used by a wide variety of users and you’ll be working on features that handle payments, IoT integration, insight, analytics and logistics for their customers. Getting in at ground level you’ll be instrumental in shaping the visual design of the product and in defining the approach to research and testing. With a product in its infancy, the approach is likely to be lean and evolve over time and you won’t need to be an expert in research from day one. The founder is experienced in design too so you’ll have support and the space allowed to grow into a leadership role further down the line. What you’ll need to be considered Experience of working in a multidisciplinary design role encompasses user interface design and user experience practices A portfolio of digital products, native app is useful but responsive and mobile first as a minimum. Experience of wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding. Proven experience creating style guides, pattern libraries and ideally design systems. Any experience of working Agile beneficial. Some exposure to user testing and user research hugely beneficial. Confident with an array of modern design tools (e.g Sketch, Adobe CC, Figma etc).
