One of the UK’s most innovative & rapidly growing technology businesses is looking for 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers to join their support team in Wiltshire. You’ll be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to users across multiple sites on a host of in house applications.
What skills you’ll need
- Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line application support role.
- Ability to document and communicate issues effectively.
- Experience supporting applications.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the application support team you’ll be responsible for 1st/2nd line support for a suite of in house applications. You’ll take ownership of requests and incidents logged by the local Service Desk, as well as monitoring tasks across the other sites. Working closely with various internal teams to help coordinate changes to business processes and software configurations such as managing updates, reporting maintenance issues, testing prototypes and providing training when necessary.
