Our client is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join their fast-growing fintech enabling investment in startups and venture-backed businesses. What you’ll be doing The Senior Product Designer (UX/UI Designer) will: Report to the Head of Design. Be responsible for creating designs and carrying them through to completion. Work in multidisciplinary squads focusing on various key aspects of the product. Be a part of a growing team of three dedicated Product / UX Designers. Help shape the design vision and strategy of a rapidly growing business. Use your design skills to solve complex problems, building new features and updating existing ones to produce the best possible product. Plan and carry out qualitative and quantitative user research. Run workshops with the rest of the design team. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience working across the full UX Design process. Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels. Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design practices. The ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong knowledge of design software such as Figma. Creating artefacts such as user flows and experience maps.
