What you’ll be doingReporting to the Head of Digital, the focus of this role is to drive website performance and improve digital marketing across multiple sites. This role will revolve around managing and updating a CMS, to ensure website content is on point, and the website performance is in line with targets. They’re now on the hunt for an experience eCommerce Trading Executive to join the team, to help drive website performance and maintain their market-leading position.  What you’ll be doing  Your main responsibility will be to support the Head of Ecommerce on the continuous optimisation of multiple brand websites to maximise the online customer experience, conversion and revenue per visitor. You’ll manage promotional content and prepare the website for key campaigns and product launches throughout the year, in addition to ensuring product listing pages and landing pages are fully optimised. What experience you’ll need Expertise with PHP, MySQL. Knowledge or understanding of MVC frameworks (one of Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend etc.) Developing complex back-end integrations with 3rd party systems from scratch using their APIs.  Work with web services, SOAP, REST APIs etc. Any knowledge of WordPress CMS that would be great but not essential. They will look to you to have a methodical approach to development and testing along with a high awareness of industry standards, trends and issues.  There’ll be regular interaction with the design and account management teams and you’ll play an important part in discussions with both clients and team members over technical issues and best practices.  If you’re looking for a tech-centric development set-up and interesting projects then this is definitely one for you.
