As the eCommerce Manager for this rapidly growing business, you’ll manage all EU eCommerce stores, from co-ordinating digital marketing campaigns and increasing customer retention rates, to driving conversions and sales revenue.
What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for managing the launch of multiple B2C Shopify stores in different languages, ensuring they have been fully optimised. Whilst you will oversee the implementation of the marketing & trading strategy, you’ll need to recruit, onboard and manage several eCommerce Executives who will run each of the websites.
Working closely with the Global Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver ongoing digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and put together a retention strategy which includes email marketing.
What’s more, you’ll work with key agencies to co-ordinate and translate assets for AdWords, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube, all the while using analytics tools to analyse performance across these channels and produce regular reports to the Leadership team.
Improving the customer journey to drive conversion is of course an essential part of this role, so it’ll be you'll be encouraged to come up with creative ideas to help improve a number of KPIs, including open rates, CTRs, and AOV.
What experience you’ll need to apply
Proven experience in a similar eCommerce Manager or Online Trading role.
Experience hiring, training and managing a small team.
Experience with site merchandising and tying in digital marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Experience managing third party vendors and agencies as necessary.
Ability to use analytics tools to monitor performance across a range of key metrics.
Excellent organisational skills & a commercial mind-set.
Experience launching an eCommerce store within a new market is preferred.
Shopify and Klaviyo experience is preferred, but not essential.
Strong communicator with high levels of written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
An interest in sustainability, plant-based wellness and promoting green values.
