    Digital Project Manager/ Delivery Manager

    Digital Project Manager/ Delivery Manager opportunity to join a leading CRM agency. Work on one of the agencies key accounts, a large FS client. Competitive salary in the region of £30k - £40k. We're searching for an impressive Digital Project Manager with passion and drive to join one of Gloucestershires top agencies to work on a key client at an exciting time as their about to embark on a large data migration project. What you'll be doing The lucky candidate will find themselves working on some fascinating digital projects, alongside some very exciting clients with global recognition. Youll work closely with client services and operational teams to deliver complex web design and build projects across core business units, ensuring each and every project is technically seamless, consistently exceed clients expectations. As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be well versed in working to tight deadlines, keeping your cool when juggling multiple projects to deliver accurate, on brief and on budget digital solutions. What experience you'll need You will be an agency experienced Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer or Delivery Manager. Your agency experience will be gained in either an integrated, digital, data/ CRM environment.  Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, comfortable at all levels. Highly organised, used to working to tight deadlines and keeping a cool head under pressure. As a practitioner of project methodologies, youll be comfortable managing complex web builds from scoping, resource scheduling, and effectively handling change management through to testing and delivery.   Managing a project throughout the full lifecycle. Experience of managing large complex projects. MS Project experience or similar tools. Having reached an important milestone in their design and UX maturity they’re looking to scale up their product design team. This role is based in Cirencester but you’ll be able to work from the Bristol office as well as remotely when needed. What you’ll be doing  Sat amongst a cross functional design team you will work across 5 core products for the business. Customers include SME’s as well as large blue chip brands and each product comes with its own unique set of users and challenges. Currently the design team consists of 2 UX Designers and a Visual Designer with scope to grow to 5 this year.   Working alongside a Visual Designer means you can focus on understanding the user. Your job will be to conduct research and turn findings into wireframes and clickable prototypes in order to test new design features. Currently the team adopts a lean UX approach and focusses activities around experimentation and testing.  This is an exciting time to join the business; the last few years have been spent creating a design led culture. There’s still work to be done (as with any business going through digital transformation) but everyone from front line sales staff through to the senior management team have seen the value of good UX and design has become one of their key differentiators when it comes to competition. A collaborative approach to design; able to collaborate with visual designers, multidisplinary development teams and non-technical members of the team. Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists.  What you’ll be doing  As this is a start-up environment, you’ll be getting involved in everything behind the camera, on screen and anything in-between. Reporting in to the Studio Content Manager, you’ll be producing video content to be rolled out across the website and social media channels. You’ll be fully immersed in shoots from arranging equipment to shooting video content, and will execute post-production, editing footage from colour grading to ensuring the correct metadata is provided. In essence, you’re a master in your field technically and creatively, you’re ideas-led and are on the front foot when it comes to latest trends. To understand the business and help drive this start-up, ideally you’re familiar with the retail industry. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a commercial design studio, both shoot and edit. A showreel that showcases your finest work. Fluent in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro. What you’ll need Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. Usage of a JS framework such as React, Angular, Vue etc. Any work with React Native would be a major bonus. You will have worked with API’s. Version control (Git). Ideally some use of Grunt, npm, Jenkins. AWS would be nice to have. Agile experience. It would be beneficial but not important to have done some work with PHP and/or mobile (Android/iOS). You will make sure deadlines are hit and ensure that the code base is well structured, modular and efficient. The UI will be seamless and you will be dedicated to its construction/maintenance.
