    Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Account Manager to join a lovely digital agency based in Central Bristol. Your role will be to develop a portfolio of existing clients of varying sizes, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to develop accounts. What youll be doing Reporting in to the Head of Account Management, Itll be up to you to coordinate communication with clients; youll provide estimates, regular updates on the progress of work, and youll act as the main point of contact for post website launch client liaison. Youll be largely working with established clients, establishing a deep understanding of their websites and marketing objectives so youre in the best position to identify upselling opportunities, advise on best practice marketing approaches and advise on how to get the most from existing websites. This is a great opportunity to mix your knowledge around digital marketing with consultative sales. There will also be some travel involved in this one so youll need to be prepared to spend a couple of nights away semi-regularly. What experience youll need Ideally youll come with a few years experience working within a digital or integrated agency; however were also open to hearing from client side candidates with experience working in a digital role with knowledge of best practice in web marketing and strategy. Experience of SEO and SEM with knowledge around knowledge of Paid Search (PPC) and Social Media elements also. Experience in consultative sales - being able to talk in detail about digital products and services available to clients.     Fast-paced, hands-on role.  Creative, dynamic office environment.  Opportunity to learn and develop within the business.  This highly-respected agency is seeking a confident and driven Web Content Editor to service on of the worlds biggest B2B brands.  What youll be doing  Working with the digital team and reporting to both our web content lead and the online manager for our client, your day-to-day responsibilities will include updating websites, creating and populating new web pages, editing and creating content in the CMS, and producing imagery using Photoshop.  Youll frequently liaise with international offices and work closely with the wider marketing team to maintain the site and ensure all information is accurate. In addition, you will communicate with clients over email and through their webmaster request tool, advising them on any issues and outlining best practice on processes.  What experience youll need to apply A minimum of 3 months web content experience.  A good working knowledge of Photoshop.  Sound computer literacy and keyboard skills. A natural proficiency for working with people from multiple cultures. (Language skills are not a requirement.)  Excellent written and verbal communication. Now with private equity investment, the company is going from strength to strength whilst retaining their relaxed (but commercial) culture. eCommerce is at the core of the business growth strategy, which has brought about the need for a eCommerce Marketing Analyst in the team.  What youll be doing Working as a team of 6 and reporting into the Head of eCommerce, youll use various reporting tools to draw insights and improve the teams understanding across eCommerce. The main areas this will help drive include Digital Marketing (PPC, SEO, CRM, Social Media) and Web Development (areas for improvement to the customer journey).  This type of role is a big draw to those in an analytical role already, or digital marketers with good analytical exposure looking to move into this space. Its a highly strategic position in the team as your insights are ultimately leading to the growth of each eCommerce channel.  The main analytical tools will include Google Analytics, A/B testing and Excel.
