One of the UK’s most successful digital agencies have an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist join the team at their Central London offices. You'll have a love for innovation and a passion to drive conversion and increase customer loyalty through data. What you'll be doing As a Data Scientist you will be responsible with supporting with the delivery of a projects such as customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling and propensity modelling. Using your problem solving skills and excitement for data you’ll help their clients make informed decisions on how to better utilize their data for business decisions. Working with well-known clients across the UK you will get to work on a wide range of projects and tools.    What experience you'll need to apply •    Experience with a statistical language like Python or R.  •    Proven experience in marketing analysis, reporting, optimisation & data manipulation. •    Be able to query SQL databases •    You should be able to work well both in a team or on your own •    Communication skills are key as you’ll be speaking to both internal and external stakeholders to explain insights to non-technical audiences.  •    Degree educated in a data or numeric field  What you'll get in return for your talents? The salary on this one is up to £45,000 (depending on experience) as well as a range of other benefits including; 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, healthcare programme, travel ticket season loan and more.     Wide range of projects Millions of data points with a number of usecases already in the pipeline Working in a sociable and supportive team. I’m currently working with one of the UK’s largest professional services company looking to expand their Data Science team in their office in central London. What you’ll be doing Working with the established Data Science team you’ll play a major part in supporting both internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of projects varying between standard data science projects, time-series analysis, NLP, anomaly detection, machine learning and more. This is a broad role with the chance to get stuck in with a range to tools and technologies. What experience you’ll need to apply A Masters or PhD degree in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI etc.) ideally with some commercial experience.  At least 3 years programming skills in Python ideally using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn and numpy. End to end Machine Learning project experience using Keras and Tensorflow for supervised and unsupervised models.  Hands on technical experience with SQL as well as visualization libraries like matplotlib, seaborn and plotly. Cloud data experience with Azure would be a real bonus.  Communication skills are key in this one as you’ll be interacting with people across the business as well as stakeholders outside of it. What you’ll get in return of your experience The salary on this one is up to £55K (depending on experience) as well as a range of great benefits including; great discounts, private medical cover and more. This is an outstanding opportunity for highly talented enterprise sales executives (all levels to head of sales) to join a fast-growing scale-up with a revolutionary product which allows clients to vastly improve their AI and Machine Learning models with efficiently deployable and scalable optimisation. Although AI and ML sales experience is a plus, proven experience within deep tech or software, with strong achievement in enterprise level sales would also be suitable. Strong performance will be rewarding with excellent OTE (£200k ) and further accelerators for overachievement. You’ll have the backing of a great product that is already making waves across a wide range of household names. The company is based in London, however working remotely is fine, so relocation would not be required. What you’ll be doing: Create a B2B sales strategy to connect with key stakeholders (C-level, Data Scientists, CTO’s), with the ability to win large multi-million accounts as well as quicker wins. Use your excellent software, deep tech, or AI/ML solutions sales experience to translate the benefits to clients and how the product will improve the efficiency of their models, be it within financial markets, life science, or other sectors. Implements strategies to widen the customer audience or reach into newer sectors, whilst seeking opportunities to increase existing accounts. What experience you will need to apply: Proven track record in winning new business and overachieving against revenue targets. You will be a superb hunter used to winning large/enterprise level accounts. Ideally Degree qualified with the ability to understand complex technical solutions quickly and effectively. A great communicator with high standards of sales acumen and training. Ambitious and keen to join a growing scale-up, experience with start-ups or scale-ups with be beneficial but not essential. What you’ll get in return for your experience To be part of a great company and product, lead by some of the greatest minds within AI and ML, who will reward excellent performance generously. Base from £80,000 - £120,000 with OTE at £200k with further accelerators on commission. What's next?
