What you'll be doing Joining an established eCommerce team, you’ll work closely alongside other Online Merchandisers to optimise the overall customer journey in order to drive conversions. You’ll ensure product imagery and text are correct, uploading content through the Magento CMS and writing SEO friendly product descriptions. This requires real attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple Excel spreadsheets to organise your categories effectively. You’ll also get stuck in monitoring which categories are doing well and which products are underperforming – you’ll have a real curiosity when it comes to diving into customer data and using this to drive overall strategy. What experience you'll need Online merchandising experience from an eCommerce setting. Confidence managing Excel – you’ll need to be comfortable with various formulae and techniques such as vlookups. What you’ll be doing As Content Executive your role will be split between creating inspiring content to promote a range of brands, producing product copy for the website and writing engaging blog posts, ensuring content is SEO optimised along the way. Day to day you’ll get stuck in reporting on events, producing style articles, detailed brand culture pieces and product first-looks as well as creating descriptive product summaries. This is a creative, dynamic role within the eCommerce team - you’ll need to work autonomously and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once in order to produce high-quality writing to tight deadlines. What experience you’ll need You’ll ideally come from an eCommerce background or sports focused business – either way you’ll have strong copywriting skills and a passion for writing.
