    International eCommerce Manager

What you’ll be doing     Working as part of a team of 7 people, you’ll report into the MD and will be driving the international growth organically and through acquisition. While your role is a UK position, the brand operates globally so you’ll be liaising with various teams to ensure there is consistent messaging in each region with the opportunity to travel. You will also assist with the due diligence gathering and development of the strategy for the international markets - primarily EMEA and Asia regions. The focus will be on the overarching strategy, where you will plan and implement eCommerce strategies in line with the global brand. It is really important that you are able to communicate effectively with people at all levels as this will be a large part of your role working across the UK and US teams. Working alongside the Digital and Brand marketing teams you will support with the assets and information to drive the marketing plan for international markets, whilst also planning and implementing A/B testing to evaluate the ongoing playbook.  You will be very analytical with activity delivered and will be planning and supporting the implementation of all email campaigns in line with the promotional platform and will make sure all opportunities are captured.    What experience you’ll need Broad eCommerce experience within an international company. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM  Confident working as part of a team and liaising with members of staff at a range of levels.   Global experience a must. Lovely central Bath offices and a fantastic working environment.  One of Bath’s finest agencies are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their highly passionate and talented team.  In this newly created position, you will be able to shape the role and the proposition for the agency, responsible for developing and supporting the new business plan and raising the profile of the agency.  What you’ll be doing This role is all about driving the agency’s profile forward, positioning the brand to prospective clients and further engaging with existing clients. With a large number of branches across the UK, you will work with local practices to understand their challenges and help create and deliver effective marketing plans and strategies with Head Office support.   What you’ll be doing   Working for a very well known brand, you will work with a number of local practices to understand the local marketplace, customers, competitors, strengths and weaknesses, and will support these with bespoke marketing plans and strategies.   Managing the entire region you will be expected to travel to different sites regularly, but you will benefit from home working and an expectation to visit the Bristol Head Office approximately once a week.  You will learn to understand the challenges that individual practices face, and in turn, what support they may need, with some needing more than others. Once the plan is in place, you will hand over to the local Practice Managers for them to execute the tactics and campaigns.  It will be imperative that you stay in touch and build strong relationships with these Managers, to understand how the results are looking, and if they need any further ongoing support.   What experience you’ll need to apply  Previous experience in a cross channel, B2C Marketing role. We're working with one of the worlds leading written communications agencies to appoint a Senior Account Manager/Account Director. You'll be working on a wide range of media posts and everything in between! You'll be based out of very modern offices based in central Bristol, near the harbour and only a short walk to Temple Meads train station.  What you'll be doing We're looking for either a Senior Account Manager or Account Director (all about finding the right person!) who'll act as the first point of contact for clients; taking detailed briefs for new projects, asking all of the right questions to really get to the bottom of their objectives and communicating this accordingly to writers, ensuring you've given them all they need to get it right first time.
