We’re searching for either a Digital Programme Manager/leader or a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our client as they build out a new program of work with a new client of their own. They’re headquartered in Bristol. What you’ll be doing As the Programme manager for this piece of work you’ll be responsible for making sure the delivery of all projects which sit with the end client are meeting the brief, as well as being on time and within budget allowances. These projects can range from UX research through to software development and delivery. This role will be client facing with responsibility of the program falling onto your shoulders, so experience managing high-level stakeholders is a necessity for this role. An ability to communicate with all levels of people within the business is also required, as there could be user workshops with people from all levels of the business. What experience you’ll need You’ll currently be working as a Digital Programme Manager or a Senior Digital Project Manager. You will have experience with project governance processes and best practice. A track record of delivering high-value digital projects into other clients or internally. End to end experience on process analyst (requirement gathering ‘as is’ analysis development ‘to be’ state, impact assessment and management). Technical and operational change management experience, managing change impact into the business. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Agile and Prince 2 methodologies. Business process analysis. If you’re bilingual (French or German ideally) that would be beneficial but is by no means essential. EU travel will be involved in this role, so you have to be comfortable with this.
