The SEO Manager will drive technical SEO campaigns as part of an established team. What you'll be doing As you work with multiple clients no two days are the same. You'll work closely with other team members as part of a broader campaign strategy, with your focus being on technical SEO. Keeping ahead of trends, putting together client strategy, understanding new opportunities for growth - there are so many opportunities here to grow your skill set from day one.  Jumping into more detail on your day to day - you'll focus on technical site audits (on and off page), carrying out competitor analysis, link auditing and keyword research. This leads nicely into the analytical side, providing regular reports on your campaigns and how this information will allow you to tweak your strategy. There are a whole host of tools at your disposal too, therefore the best tech on offer for you to drive success on behalf of your clients.  What experience you'll need SEO Management experience either agency or client side.  Proficient with key SEO software (Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, SEM Rush etc).  Excellent analytical ability to provide strong reporting (Google Analytics, Search Console etc). The eCommerce manager will work broadly across a number of key Digital Channels, whilst focusing on strategy and growth. What you’ll be doing     Working as part of a team of around 4 people, you’ll report into the team lead and work alongside Production and Retail teams to plan and co-ordinate Marketing opportunities and in-store events. Although you will be joining a young team, the brand is well established which is a great footing for somebody to come in and make their mark straight away. You will be actively working with the team to open up the brand to new customers, whilst planning Digital marketing, partnering and advertising opportunities.     Digital Marketing Executive (eCommerce)

A brand that has been around for over 200 years, their success online has brought about the requirement for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. Working across a range of channels youll be responsible for the eCommerce operation, social media and relevant brand sites.  What you'll be doing Working as part of a broader team and reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, your role will span a number of areas including Paid Search (PPC and Display), content management online (product descriptions, how to guides, etc.), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Email Marketing and Social Media management. A pretty comprehensive list, so the team understand if you have strengths in some areas over others that need upskilling.  A key area will also be the use of analytical tools (Google Analytics) to understand the performance of each channel and feed this into your overall strategy. Youll also work closely with the broader marketing team (branding / offline) to ensure that the voice of the brand is consistent.  What experience you'll need Experience working on digital marketing for a B2C brand. Really looking for hands-on skills here rather than management through an agency.  Key areas of experience need to be PPC, with a focus on email marketing and SEO. Additional experience across content management, conversion rate optimisation and affiliates will also help massively but are not must-haves.  Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently when working on multiple channels.  Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficient workflow and promote a positive culture.  Strong numeracy and analytical skills.  Intermediate to advance Excel skills.  What you'll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary on offer here of up to £30k depending on relevant experience to the above channels. Your main focus will be on the content / onsite side so you'll get stuck in with lots of copywriting day to day, as well as backlink building and utilising technical SEO platforms such as Moz, SEM Rush, AHrefs and Majestic. There is agency support for SEO too, so regular contact with your partners here will ensure you have a combined focus towards optimising traffic organically long term.  What experience you'll need Solid experience delivering effective SEO campaigns. Client or agency side candidates will be considered.  Strong understanding of SEO best practice which can be used safely.  Extensive copywriting experience with an articulate writing style. Experience with Moz, SEM Rush, AHrefs or Majestic. Excellent team player who is confident liaising with stakeholders at a range of levels.  Fantastic organisational skills to juggle and manage priorities.  Drive and determination to develop your skills and grow with the business. Due to hitting considerable growth targets the business require a Senior Digital Account Manager to lead a team of 4 across a varied and exciting client base.  What you’ll be doing     The business operate as a full-service digital agency and your remit will be heading up the digital marketing team (web design & build sits in a separate division). Your role will be to work closely with clients to align the digital strategy to their overarching business goals, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and Social Media (to name a few!). Then working with your team you’ll implement these campaigns, working hands on where required, but this will largely be a leadership role in the business.  A real plus is the company have a separate sales division, so you’ll work with them to onboard new clients into the team. The Content Strategist is a brand new role in the team to drive strategy for a number of leading client’s content plans.   What you’ll be doing Working as part of a team of 4, you’ll report into the Head of Content and also work with 2 Content Writers. This setup will allow you to have the support of a senior in the team, the freedom to own your client’s strategy and a well-resourced team to help implement campaigns. In turn allowing you to focus fully on addressing the challenges your clients face. You’ll use a combination of client interviews, competitor analysis, content audits and more to fully develop cohesive content strategies, and implement these in the team. A recent move to new offices has allowed them to accommodate a growing team across all areas, with SEO being a key focus for the business. What youll be doing This is a new role in the team due to growth of existing accounts and the business partnering with new clients. Working alongside 2 others in the SEO team, the SEO Manager will work on a combination of national and localised SEO campaigns. As this ties in with a range of client needs (i.e. at varying stages of their digital journeys) this provides great variety on your day to day and will add new challenges from one day to the next. Projects will typically start by formulating the SEO strategy for each client based on their overall objectives. Youll perform technical and content audits of client websites, analyse landing pages, cover keyword research and continually feedback on these elements to evolve the strategy. There are Account Managers internally who will liaise directly with clients, however there is an open line of communication between you and clients directly as and when required. This balance allows you to manage your time effectively between different accounts, but also gives you the detailed information required. What experience youll need SEO experience from agency or client side. Either from a pure SEO focused role, or a broader digital marketing position where SEO is a key element of your day to day.     PPC Manager/Senior Paid Media Exec

There are two positions available, a more senior PPC Manager role and a senior Paid Media Executive position. The Paid Media role will be mostly focussing on PPC, but knwledge of other channels such as Paid social is a real plus. Working on multiple client accounts, which include a mixture of paid search, shopping and display, you'll work with clients to achieve their desired objectives, within a busy digital marketing department. What youll be doing Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, you will be working on PPC across a variety of different client accounts. This is a very cooperative role, requiring good relationships with clients and colleagues alike to ensure client needs are being considered cross-departmentally. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of PPC strategy and the setting of campaign KPIs. You will build, analyse, optimise and report on campaigns across Adwords and Bing Paid Search, Good display (including remarketing and YouTube) and Google Shopping. Working across multiple clients and campaigns you will work proactively to deliver client campaigns on time and on budget. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be driven and self-motivated, managing CRO, A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
