Well-known for their retail presence in the UK this role will manage the launch of the eCommerce site and work broadly across the full customer journey.  What youll be doingReporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, your role will have the scope to shape the new site based on your recommendations, with support in the form of an overarching plan.As mentioned above, the role is a broad one working across all areas of the customer journey. This is a hugely exciting element of the role to retain the wider control from a more strategic standpoint, as large teams for big brands mean you can get pidgeon-holed into niche areas.Working with the brand managers, marketing execs, developers and graphic designers, youll use your solid experience as a template to outline the digital roadmap for the launch of the site. Digital acquisition channels will include PPC, SEO, Retargeting, Email Marketing / CRM and Social Media, these skills will align with your proven ability to grow sales for B2C brands.This is a hugely exciting role where you can have input on a new site from day one, but also a strong brand backing. A recent move to new offices has allowed them to accommodate a growing team across all areas, with SEO being a key focus for the business.What youll be doingThis is a new role in the team due to growth of existing accounts and the business partnering with new clients. Working alongside 2 others in the SEO team, the SEO Manager will work on a combination of national and localised SEO campaigns. As this ties in with a range of client needs (i.e. at varying stages of their digital journeys) this provides great variety on your day to day and will add new challenges from one day to the next.Projects will typically start by formulating the SEO strategy for each client based on their overall objectives. Youll perform technical and content audits of client websites, analyse landing pages, cover keyword research and continually feedback on these elements to evolve the strategy.There are Account Managers internally who will liaise directly with clients, however there is an open line of communication between you and clients directly as and when required.     eCommerce Manager

Environmentally sound, long-lasting, high quality clothing - they stand by their values and this clear in the messaging of the brand. They are seeking an eCommerce Manager to take their growth online to the next level. With stores in both London and New York, the site will help drive direct eCommerce sales and footfall to the stores. What youll be doingYoull manage a team of 4 including an eCommerce Coordinator, Customer Service advisor, Photographer and Fulfilment Executive. Of course youll drive online performance with the team, however a hands-on approach is required across the board to lead by example. This includes digital acquisition, retention and conversion, which is a real positive to have full ownership of the eCommerce customer journey. Working with the Operations Director youll use continual feedback from customer data to input on your strategy. Youll propose continuous improvements across key metrics including customer acquisition, retention, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations. Having an understanding of the warehousing and customer service will set you up nicely for a Head of eCommerce role in the future. Given the size of the proposition were ideally looking for someone with fashion experience and a track record in growing a smaller / medium size brand. An understanding of eCommerce merchandising / trading is a must, alongside exposure to key channels (Social, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Search). What experience youll need eCommerce management experience for a fashion brand.  Ideally a track record in growing a small/medium size offering.  Mix of team management and hands on skills.  Online merchandising experience - Shopify a real plus.  Solid use of Google Analytics and how this ties into key channels (SEO, PPC etc).  Proficient with Excel. What youll get in return for your talents?There is a competitive salary on offer in the region of £30-40k, depending on experience.
