We’re working with a well-known eCommerce business that are about to embark on a digital transformation programme, therefore they’re seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead the delivery department.  What you’ll be doing This is a brand-new role to this large business, reporting into the CTO, you will be responsible for driving the digital roadmap for this digital transformation project including two website integrations, website full re-design and build, data migration and platform implementation.  You will be a project lead and have overall responsibility of all elements from managing agencies partnered with, stakeholder management keeping all relevant teams up to date, scoping out projects, prioritisation, project plans through to an evaluation of the processes used, change management activities ensuring everybody is working as lean and efficiently as possible. What experience you’ll need The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Delivery Lead/ Senior Project Manager/ Project Director/ Programme Manager role. Experience managing large scale digital transformation projects. Ownership of managing and driving digital delivery roadmap.  Forecasting, resource and financial management.  Knowledge of front and back-end dev languages including MVC, C#, ASP .NET, CSS3 and HTML5. Microsoft Azure platform (deployment, app insights and configuration).  EpiServer development within eCommerce is highly desirable but is not essential.  Agile experience is essential here, you will also know your way around task management tools e.g MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Tableau.   You will have experience of mentoring, managing and leading teams. Track record in managing large complex development projects with multi-functional teams.
