We’re searching for two experienced Product Owners to join a global innovator based in the heart of Bristol. What you’ll be doing Working as part of a large agile product team you will be reporting in to the Head of Product and managing web-based products. With the customers at the heart of the business your focus will be on market shaping activity to give them the best experience possible throughout the full lifecycle; as soon as they land on to the website, putting together bundles, checking out, payment through to post-payment. The company are known for innovation and will be disrupting the market with new ways of reach customers, from customisation of products through to using virtual experience and much more. The budgets are multi-million pound and you will be managing stakeholders internal and externally, it's a truly exciting digital programme of work and you will play a key part of the team developing the product roadmap, prioritising the product backlog, using insights from user testing and continuinuously improving their digital products (also app based).   What experience you’ll need You will bring experience of working in product as either a Product Owner or a Product Manager. eCommerce experience is essential. B2C, customer experience, user testing, user centered design/ customer centric approach. Website/web based product experience. If you have experience working with global markets/ multi-lingual products that would be amazing but isn't a strict requirement. You will know your way around processes and implementing governance. Ability to translate product concepts and ideas into functional requirements.  Agile experience.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to communicate in business and technical terms Experience in working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong interest/ exposure to strategic product development. One of our clients are embarking on a digital transformation project and are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join them on their journey on an initial 12-month contract. What you’ll be doing As Product Owner you will work in a cross-functional team that are undertaking a digital transformation programme including replacing legacy system, re-platforming on to cloud base technologies, website development re-build and working with the data team using insights to develop the product roadmap on new services and continuous improvements.  This is a key role in the business, we’re looking for somebody to help define and develop the product roadmap, with the support of product specialists (who you’ll manage), you will be the go-to person for all things product. We’re working with a well-known business based in Bristol that are growing a new product function, it’s a brand-new team and they’re looking for two experienced Digital Product Managers. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the Head of Product, the first product role you will manage their website, driving revenue and conversion rates with a strong focus on the user journey. The second Product Manager role will be looking after the customer app, reviewing the customer experience, features and functionalities looking at new services and continuous improvements. This will be an end to end product role managing the backlog, prioritisation working in a cross-functional team alongside UX and developers. What experience you’ll need Previous experience working in a digital/ tech product role as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Experience of managing web and/or app-based products. We’re open to industry, financial services would be ideal, if not a role with a subscription model would work well. The client is based in Bristol, you’d be expected to work in the office 1-2 days per week so would need to live within commutable distance i.e. Gloucester, Swindon, Newport, Cardiff.
