    Technical Business Analyst

I am working with a highly innovative mobile technology company based in London who have achieved exponential growth over the past year and are continuing to build out their team accordingly. What you’ll be doing As the business scales they are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with demonstrable experience of Product Implementation to join their Programme Management team. The business work with a squad-based architecture so you will work directly with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of your respective product roadmap whilst also supporting with the planning and scoping of key product initiatives. In this role you will work within an Agile/Scrum environment to define technical requirements for the Engineering team as well as facilitate workshops and support technical conversations with the Product Managers and cross-functional squads, scoping User stories for strategic initiatives. What experience you’ll need to apply Prior experience working within a product team.  Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices. Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. What you’ll be doing As Technical Business Analyst you will be working very closely with the development teams and Product Managers to ensure a speedy and quality service to clients. You will be working within a dedicated squad and take ownership of your product roadmap. Along with supporting the engineering team, you will be working with in an Agile/Scrum environment and working directly with Product Managers scoping user stories and resolving any blockers and helping with product related issues. What experience you’ll need to apply   Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst working with in a product team. Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams. Well versed with the entire software development lifecycle. Previous experience working with software development teams.  High energy personality and action orientated.  Highly organised with a strong eye for detail.  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. What you’ll be doing As Product Lead you will design, develop and own the product roadmap and prioritising development efforts to enable the business to drive proactive and very targeted growth for their customers. You will be working in cross-functional teams on shaping and growing the products for new features and functionalities whilst evaluating which markets to enter which in turn will enable the business to drive proactive and very targeted growth for their customers. You will be working closely with your customers to conduct interviews, offer market guidance and identify and implement improvements in an ongoing fashion. This is an end to end Product Manager role, so you will be doing everything you’d expect from Agile rituals and creating user stories and test cases, through to managing and reporting on the backlog and progress, against the product roadmap.
