    Established global brand. Highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. State of the art studio/facilities. We’re on the look-out for a top-notch Art Director in the photography/imaging space. With a broad offering that explores everything visual they’re interested in conceptually minded, creative individuals with a passion for lens-based media. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Photographic Art Director (outside of London!) looking for an innovative business to call home. This is a permanent position however, we will consider applications on a freelance basis.What you’ll be doing Are you an Art Director working in the photography sector? Then this role could be for you! I’m looking for a Photographic Art Director to join one of the most sought after businesses in the region. With incredible studio facilities and a creative environment like no other, this is an opportunity to be part of something huge!Coming on board as an experienced Art Director, you’ll already be a creative powerhouse; you’ll help develop the brands visual presence through photography, moving image and even some 3D imaging from time to time. Naturally, you’ll be conceptually driven in everything you do, working closely with imagery producers, photographers and video specialists, you’ll spend your time scamping, storyboarding and directing photoshoots through to final polished photographic productions.There’s no doubt you’ll be passionate about photography and image making within a commercial context. With this being a unique role, you’ll need to have a meticulous eye for detail across composition, technical lighting set-ups and colour; paired with exceptional storytelling ability through static imagery. Collaboration is encouraged here, so it goes without saying you’ll be a people person who can build/maintain relationships with the wider creative teams within the business.Not only will you be working with some exceptional creative talent you’ll be assisting in promoting the brands’ visual identity & amazing culture on a global scale.  What experience you’ll need to apply Solid understanding of photographic lighting, both studio & on location. Conceptually driven in everything you do. Storyboarding photoshoots. Working knowledge of Photoshop. Have retouching experience. Understanding of RGB/CMYK colour profiles/workflows. Team player who thrives on collaboration. Punctual & works well under pressure.     Senior Film Maker

Exceptional on-site studio/facilities.We’re looking for a Senior Film Maker to join an established global brand in Wiltshire. Joining a forward thinking creative team, you’ll be the driving force behind a host of film/video projects that will be used for a variety of touchpoints including web and mobile. This is a permanent role with fantastic benefits; however, we will consider freelance film makers with proven commercial, big brand experience.What you’ll be doing What won’t you be doing! Working in collaboration with wider creative teams (both internal & external) you’ll use your creative flair, commercial knowledge & production experience to deliver video content & short documentaries that enhance the brands’ narrative, on time & more importantly on budget.Coming on board as a Senior Film Maker it’s safe to say no two days will be the same. You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end film/video projects across a plethora of channels from TV advertising, social media, documentary and animation to name a few. Being a senior role, there’s no doubt you’ll already be a good all-rounder. You’ll need to have hands-on experience filming at Senior/Director level as well as proven technical skills in post-production (including CG, VFX & Grading), lighting, sound and knowledge of working with animation/motion graphics.The buzz in the studio really is in a league of its own, you’ll need to be reactive to a fast-paced environment and no stranger to a demanding workload – The business work hard but you will be rewarded for your efforts.What experience you’ll need to apply You’ll need to be an established Film Maker with exceptional commercial experience. An up to date show-reel highlighting your best work. Well versed in post-production. A natural storyteller with a strong understanding of brand narratives.    Hands on self-shooting & editing experience. Have previously directed and managed full technical crews. Professional and articulate, as you’ll be dealing with senior stakeholders.
