This is an exciting role that is as diverse as you can make it. Your everyday tasks will consist of creating premium retouched image assets for a rapidly growing digital fashion house of brands. You will become an integral part of a small content creation team, with daily exposure to the founder and creative director who leads the premium creative vision. What you’ll be doing? Work across a broad range of image styles including fashion model and still life creative taking ownership and responsibility for the quality of the output. Support creative team in completing projects and day-to-day administrative management of images and creative assets. Retouching high volume of e-commerce images – cropping, dodge/burn, colour correction, advanced cloning and healing, cutting out, resizing imagery. Ensure images are structured and filed efficiently for teams to access accordingly for partner submission. A strong organisation is essential and google sheet knowledge is preferable. Utilise and develop technical and creative skills with Adobe Suite software specifically in Photoshop.  Experience using Capture One and Lightroom is preferable. Build strong partnerships with project stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive way of working.  Work flexibly to changing priorities   What experience you’ll need to apply?   Creative and technical excellence in photoshop essential. High technical proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe packages. Excellent retouching skills with a strong understanding of colour correction. A meticulous eye for detail. Self-motivated, positive and hard-working. Understanding of fashion industry preferable. Ability to work towards multiple deadlines. Ability to work calmly and collectively within a performance-driven and pressured environment. Professional and organised with an ability to work to given deadlines. With over 40 years in business, you’ll be joining an experienced bunch with long standing client partners around the world. What you’ll be doing You’ll be joining a creative studio of 18 fellow copywriters, designers, art directors and artworkers. The team’s creative output is varied so you can expect to work on integrated campaigns that touch on offline channels, digital advertising and social. Your conceptual skills will need to be well tuned; you’ll often be paired with an art director or designer on projects, helping to create concepts in niche specialisms in technology and B2B markets. This role will be a mixture of concept and craft, short and long copy, and international projects. The agency has long-standing relationships with some of the most recognisable brands in tech around the world. This is a great opportunity for a copywriter that’s looking to be part of a bustling agency team, working with top tier brands. A copywriter that loves making the complex, simple will be in good company. What experience you’ll need A portfolio full of great conceptual work as well as long and short copy. Previous agency experience preferred. Any experience within B2B highly desirable as is experience with technology brands (though not essential) A great communicator, collaborative and comfortable in client conversations. Able to work from Bristol offices 3 days a week. You’ll be absolutely crucial to managing the resource going through the studio, knowing what is being worked on, by who and when. You’ll need to be extremely adaptable when it comes to managing the ever-changing demands of this fast-paced business.   What experience you’ll need Ideally your experience will be gained in a creative or digital agency – you could be an Account Executive, Project Executive looking to develop into a Studio Manager. You will bring previous project management, traffic management or studio management experience. Strong organisation and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, Dynamic and personable. You will thrive working under pressure and to deadlines. If you are fluent in French or German that would be the icing on the cake but is by no means essential! With a well-established research practice they’re looking to bolster their strategic design capability. This role is on offer fully remote but with the option to work from London offices when needed. What you’ll be doing As a Senior Product Designer in the agency, you’ll be working closely with UX consultants, translating customer insight into product strategy and vision for clients. The team has strong research capability as well as some solid UI experience; the missing piece is someone that can advise on design strategy, create frameworks and processes that really add value to their clients, someone that can with senior stakeholders and in-house teams to realise great products.  You will own the design process and overall design deliverables of each project, leading and mentoring the agencies designers along the way. There’s a great opportunity here for a senior that enjoys the problem solving of large, complex digital projects, building relationships with in-house teams and stakeholders and who wants to help shape something of their own as they’ll be given the full backing and autonomy of the MD and wider agency to shape practice. What experience you’ll need A seasoned designer with plenty of digital experience in web and app projects. Excellent knowledge of UX and UI design, branding and design systems. Experience of working to agile. An excellent communicator with proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders of varied backgrounds. Hands on skills in sketching, wireframing and prototyping.
