Ross connects UX designers, UI designers and researchers with start-ups, scale-ups and SME's across London and the South of England.
Ross shares what it’s like to work at ADLIB.
The best thing that happened to me this week:
Mike & I going three rounds undefeated at the weekend-away-ADLIB-pool-tournament... until the youth of Joe M & George put us in our place.
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
I definitely regret not getting the delicious looking cinnamon bun from Full Court Press to go with my coffee this morning. Healthy granola just didn't cut it today.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Collaboration, working with a bunch of like-minded individuals that are all genuinely great at what they do. There's no bad vibes at ADLIB at all, everyone here gets on like a house on fire and there isn't anyone part of ADLIB you wouldn't want to have drink with on a Friday afterwork.
My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
It's too difficult to name just one, but it's always a pleasure helping candidates that are relocating to the South West find their first Design role in the growing design scene here.
How I explain what I do at a party:
In a nutshell, I connect creative talent with agencies and client side businesses across the South West - So in my day to day, I'll be chatting with a fantastic bunch of creative individuals, whether that's a Junior Designer looking for their first role within the industry, an international Creative Director looking to relocate to the South West or a UX/UI Contractor looking for their next project.
