Beth shares what it’s like to work at ADLIB.
The best thing that happened to me this week:
We launched the first batch of work/life balance features, and it was great to showcase some brilliant people within those. It’s nice to be able to exhibit some really helpful and genuinely inspiring topics to a wide audience.
Also walking into work this morning and clocking that Rina and I had pretty much the exact same outfit on. #TrendSetters
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
I would’ve remembered to wear my nose stud because I had to go home and get it on my lunch break.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
It’s about working with a pretty stellar group. Looking forward to coming in every morning and getting to be creative and see my visions through. No day is the same for me; I’m either planning social campaigns, writing up blogs or sitting down with Sabrina and the consultants to brainstorm ideas.
My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
I get lots of feel goods - there’s such a positive vibe here and nothing I do is underappreciated. One of the best moments was when our MD Nick got me the best secret santa present (a book called How to Write Your Novel). I just hope it wasn’t a hint to get me out the door. It’s just really nice to get paid to be here, to be honest.
How I explain what I do at a party:
After a few wines, it’s already been known that I have rather enthusiastically announced to a bunch of strangers that I devise ADLIB’s content and circulate some really inspirational career journeys within our sectors. Probably not that articulately, though.
