Ellen shares what it's like to work at ADLIB.
When I grew up I wanted to become…
A dolphin trainer until I realised they’re not as happy as they look so decided to aim for something on dry land.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Working for an organisation which mirrors my values has always been really important to me and at ADLIB you’re actively encouraged to get involved with the community and with causes which are close to your heart which has been amazing.
On top of that you spend every day working with a whole bunch of weird & wonderful people, who are incredibly talented at what they do and are always on hand to support you both in work and out.
My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
Spend a lot of time stalking developers on LinkedIn..
Beyond recruitment at ADLIB, I care about...
I really care about sustainability and all things ‘green’ so it’s been great to be able to work with so many Green Tech and Clean Tech organisations.
I’m also really passionate about supporting charities combating homelessness and am so pleased I got to be able to incorporate that with our Christmas campaign which was dedicated to St Mungo’s at Julians Trust in Bristol.
