Fran shares what it’s like to work at ADLIB.

The best thing that happened to me this week:
This week I had a meeting to start a really exciting project with a large agency that are opening offices in Bristol and would like us to partner up and support them with their growth plans, which is something I’m really excited to be a part of.
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
I would’ve brought my umbrella having got caught up in the heavy rain and getting rather soaked on the way to a client meeting; thankfully they’re just around the corner.

For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Working at ADLIB is all about being around intelligent passionate individuals who all bring something different to the table. We work together harmoniously and genuinely support one another and have a good time doing it. It’s so refreshing to work somewhere that beats the stereotypical recruitment agencies and are seen as extensions to our clients' businesses.

My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
There are so many to pick from but one that is definitely up there is being promoted to Senior Consultant after being in the company for just over a year, it’s lovely to be in a place where what you put in you get back. Another moment up there is when I became ADLIB’s bowling champion at our weekend away last summer, unfortunately for me that title got taken away recently at an ADLIB monthly night out but the memory lives on.
How I explain what I do (at ADLIB) at a party:

I work really closely with Nick and Hannah connecting talent within client services and project management with agencies of all shapes and sizes across the South West and South Wales from digital, integrated, PR to media… the list goes on.
