George shares what it's like to work at ADLIB.
The best thing that happened to me this week:
I had a really great candidate apply through our website for a tough role with a new client in a difficult location - he now has an interview which has potentially saved me from doing a big mission enabling me to focus my efforts on other roles whilst keeping the client happy.
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today:
I would have got in a little earlier to have some breakfast at the breakfast bar, I'm absolutely starving, luckily there's lots of great food places nearby for lunch!
For me, this is what working at ADLIB is all about:
Great people, great environment and so much opportunity.. It's hard to find that combination of hard work and success whilst being in such an enjoyable place to work, here at ADLIB you have the best of both worlds, you don't need to wear suits, cold call all day and work around KPIs to be a successful consultant.
My biggest feel good moment since I've been at ADLIB:
Being the face of the ADLIB Christmas video.. just kidding! I re-sparked a relationship with an old client we used to work with on tech which lead to a lot more than I had anticipated, it turned into being a big account across multiple business's and will now be a big client over the years to come not only for me but possibly across other teams.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I find the best tech talent for some really great companies across the South West, from software houses to eCommerce businesses to financial companies, whatever their tech requirements are, I am able to understand their needs and provide them with a good service.
