Hannah brings together Digital Marketing and eCommerce talent with online retailers, multi-channel businesses, ambitious SMEs and global organisations across the South West, South Coast, M4 Corridor and London.
Hannah shares what it's like to work at ADLIB.
The best thing that happened to me this week:
I helped the loveliest candidate land the perfect role for her, which will mean she’s finally able to relocate to Bristol to be with her partner which she's been trying to do for months. This placement felt pretty good!
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
Walking to work in torrential rain was pretty grim, I started the day pretty damp but I soon perked up after a strong coffee from our lovely swanky coffee machine.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Working at ADLIB means working alongside likeminded individuals who all bring something unique to the table. The office is full of positive energy and people who are genuinely passionate about what it is they do and the culture they contribute to, which allows us to overcome the cliché reputation associated with recruitment agencies.
My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
My first placement here two weeks in to the job! It was a great way to start a new role. Coming from a much less creative recruitment world, it's been amazing learning about all of the lovely eCommerce brands within the South West and further afield.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I work with the lovely eCommerce and digital team connecting talented individuals with some of the finest brands in the UK.
