The best thing that happened to me this week:
The best thing that happened to me this week was getting four first interviews at a lovely Wiltshire company with 4 very excited, and very deserving, eCommerce professionals. It's always great when you can create matches you're proud of, and i am really proud of these matches.
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
I would change the rain- Its never nice getting absolutely soaked and i think we could all use a bit of sunshine!

For me, working at ADLIB is about working in an office full of people that genuinely love what they do, and inspire you to be the best you can be possibly be. It's about pushing yourself to achieve your best, whilst having a whole lot of fun along the way. It's about making sure every day you are doing the most for your candidates and clients that you possibly can. It's being part of a team that cares.
My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
It has to be my first placement! Both candidate and client were, and still are, very happy to have found one-another, which was a really proud moment for me.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I am a specialist eCommerce recruiter, meaning I help people find their dream jobs for amazing companies within eCommerce. This can cover any job across the entire customer journey and the whole spectrum of salary ranges. This usually then requires an explanation of eCommerce in which my online shopping addiction is often brought up.
