UX Manager Jobs
Wondering what those working as 'User Experience (UX) Managers' actually do? Here an example of what this could look like:
UX Manager / Customer Experience Manager job example
A career as a User Experience (UX) Manager can be based within an agency team but is more typically an in-house (or client-side) role. You'll be working really closely with several internal teams such as Marketing, Product, IT and Web Development.
You’ll own the full Online Customer Experience and ensure the journey is fully optimised for all customers. In terms of insight you’ll manage MVT and A/B testing, keep abreast of industry developments and analyse competitor activity.
With respect to implementing key changes, you’ll work with software suppliers, Online Trading teams and Web Development teams to track the adjustments required to improve the journey. Ultimately, you will be the person showcasing a relentless desire to improve usability and functionality, whilst balancing this with compelling new features and content. All the while bearing in mind how this ties into the Omnichannel presence. For example, working with the customer service team to understand causes of contact and how to reduce these.
We work with businesses as well as agencies across the entire South West of England on UX Manager jobs. Specifically in and between Dorset, Hampshire, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bath and Bristol.
