Client Overview: Hello Earth is an award-winning, B Corp certified Digital Performance Marketing Agency for eCommerce and DTC brands.

The Challenge

Hello Earth had three permanent vacancies and a freelance role to fill – and they needed the very best talent, delivered quickly. Candidates needed to:

  • Be aligned with Hello Earth’s B Corp values.
  • Have experience across Meta and Performance Content.
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering cutting-edge campaigns for DTC and eCommerce challenger brands.
  • As a remote-first agency, the search required a nationwide recruitment and headhunting campaign, with candidates who could thrive in a remote-first environment.

Hello Earth had been working with another recruiter for years but weren’t seeing the quality of applications they needed. They decided to partner with us as a fellow B Corp to achieve better results.

 

Our Approach / Solution

We partnered with Hello Earth to deliver a branded recruitment campaign that combined:

  • Branded advertising – across social media, our website, and a Featured Employer page.
  • Targeted headhunting and outreach – engaging candidates from key competitors in the sustainability and performance marketing space.
  • Leveraging our network – to attract talent aligned with Hello Earth’s mission and values.

Branded campaigns work exceptionally well for purpose-driven brands, attracting candidates who fit the mission and vision – including those not actively looking until the right opportunity appears.

Our headhunting activities achieved optimal response rates by explicitly signposting Hello Earth and their values, standing out from generic approaches.

We received over 100 applications per vacancy through job board advertising, LinkedIn paid campaigns, and the ADLIB website. We sifted through and shortlisted only those who met Hello Earth’s essential criteria.

The Outcome

  • Curated shortlists for all roles at pace, submitting 3–6 candidates per vacancy.
  • Wrapped up the entire process in five weeks.
  • Successful hires across three permanent roles and one freelance position.
  • Time saved – Hello Earth avoided days of screening and admin.
