One of my favourite clients, a creative agency based in Bath, is currently looking for a skilled Account Manager or an Account Executive ready to make a step up, to join their client services team. This marketing agency is known for delivering integrated marketing solutions to a diverse client portfolio, which includes both B2B and B2C brands. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our client’s marketing campaigns for their mix of B2B and B2C brands.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management – Create strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy – Collaborate with clients to define creative marketing strategies and tactics aligned with their brand goals.
  • Project Management – Oversee and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborative Teamwork – Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital experts, to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise creative solutions.
  • Budget Management – Manage client budgets efficiently to meet financial targets.
