What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of their AI development team, you will:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI models for content generation and personalisation.
• Handle a variety of data types, ensuring they are primed for use in their machine learning models.
• Develop and deploy applications based on Large Language Models, including specialised techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Ensure high performance and scalability of AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Research and integrate the latest AI advancements to keep their solutions at the industry’s forefront.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with their strategic goals.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating LLM & RAG driven applications.
• Proficiency in programming with tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• ML Deployment with services like Sagemaker, AzureML, VertexAI etc.
• A keen understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI deployment.
• Innovative thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructures, especially Azure or AWS.
• Prior involvement in content-driven AI projects.
