Our client is experiencing a surge of growth which is supported by a new and vibrant leadership team.

As the Business Intelligence Lead you will hold a pivotal role within the finance department with significant cross-over with IT and other business units.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role you will lead the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports supported by a dedicated data analyst and will collaborate with various teams across the business.

Your responsibilities will include managing ETL processes data accuracy and crafting data-driven reports in Power BI.

The role requires a confident communicator who can understand and translate business needs into comprehensive insights and actionable data-driven strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll make a real impact as a data expert providing vital insights that will drive their strategy across the business.

What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI MS Excel & SQL
  • Experience with analytical skills like T-SQL DAX and Power Query
  • Familiarity with ETL processes (SSIS etc.) and data warehouse development
  • A deep understanding of reporting and Business Intelligence best practices
  • Prior experience in a product retail or manufacturing business
