We’re looking for an experienced Buying & Merchandising Manager to help oversee all operational aspects of buying and merchandising. This role would join a hugely successful and growing business within the world of luxury goods and would suit someone with a retail background who has strong merchandising and buying experience.
What you’ll be doing
As the Buying & Merchandising Manager, you will lead a team of four and ultimately oversee everything from an operational perspective on the buying and merchandising side. You will be hands on within this role when it comes to product buying as well as with your management and optimising product availability, pricing and efficiency.
You will work with the team to identify new product ranges and drive cost reductions and new processes to maintain that high level of customer value. You’ll build new and existing relationships with partners/suppliers.
This is a role within a fast-paced environment, and you will need to champion your commercial awareness in order to drive growth across the business and enhance that customer experience.

This is a great role offering a salary up to £70k including a bonus scheme (paid twice a year) along with 25 days holiday and the opportunity to manage a team from day one and a work place with a great culture.
