We’re working with an amazing purpose-led, B-Corp marketing agency who are looking for an Client Services Director to join them for an exciting time of growth! The ideal candidate would be immersed in the world of purpose-led and social impact campaigns and have a true passion and understanding around managing client projects in this space. The Client Services Director will join ahead of an exciting new client win and be a part of the overall running of this pinnacle project, as well as pitching for new business, and nurturing existing relationships for the agency. The is such an exciting opportunity for a purpose-driven candidate who’s looking to develop their career within an impactful agency, working with some incredible clients!

What you’ll be doing

The Client Services Director will play a vital role in the day to day running of key client accounts, alongside internal team. You’ll be joining at an exciting time for them as they prepare after a successful new business win with high-profile client. Alongside this, you will look after building new accounts and driving new business where possible.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience as an Senior Account Director or Client Services Director or similar, in a marketing agency setting.
  • A strong understanding of purpose-led campaigns with a focus on social impact.
  • Have successfully managed a team within client services.
  • Have worked in a client facing, agency role and proven capabilities in building lasting relationships and have worked to set budgets, and successfully led on client briefs.
  • Confident in pitching to new clients and growing accounts.
