Excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative customer data and marketing agency who work with some amazing global clients.
 
What you’ll be doing

The CRM Data Consultant will work on one of the biggest accounts for the agency. The brand is a truly global household name and a great client to work with. They’re looking for a MarTech Consultant with some strong CRM & Marketing Automation knowledge and experience, ideally with Salesforce, but other platforms will be considered. The role will be an intermediary between the client and the technical team at the agency, working with the client to help them get the most out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CRM. They’re looking for a data savvy professional with solid PM & BA skills and the ability to work with both business & technical stakeholders. They are flexible on location, but you will need to be able to travel to the client’s office in Surrey semi-regularly for key meetings.
 
What experience you’ll need to apply

• Solid experience in data driven marketing
• Excellent client facing experience
• Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CRM technologies, but other platforms considered
• Internal or external customer relationship management skills
• Delivery focussed with some business analysis experience
