Fantastic opportunity to join a leading energy supplier grow their air source heat pump installations around the Berkshire area. You’ll be responsible for surveying potential customers homes in person and virtually. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who are looking to purchase an air source heat pump. As part of the role you will be liaising with the sales, design and installation team to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high quality surveys of properties for the installation of air source heat pumps.
• Liaise with the sales team to help provide guidance in the customers journey.
• Ensure the company completes all industry and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate a great understanding of the financial side of installations and advising the customer through the process.
• Delivering a high level of customer service to the customers.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• Full and clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Competent with using tablets and mobile devices
• Have experience of delivering high level of customer service

Desirables:

• Experience in domestic surveying with kitchens, bathrooms or technical building surveys
• Have an understanding of property construction.
• Understanding of residential heating systems.
