Land Manager

This is a fantastic opporutnity to join a highly successful European developer in Solar, Storage and Wind projects. You will be responsible for land acquisitions in the East Midlands area in order to help the development of 250MW and larger solar developments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the whole land acquisition process for solar farms from 250MW and above.
• Creating a network of landowners in the local area.
• Managing Head of Terms agreements, negotiating access rights and signing of options and leases.
• Scout land for existing grid connections in the East Midlands. 

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• 2 years of experience within the renewable industry in land acquisition.
• Solar experience is essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Fantastic communication and the ability to work independently. 
• Degree in Land Management, Real estate or a related field.
