Online Trading Executive

We’re looking for an Online Trading Executive to join an award-winning, recognised online retailer to be part of their trading team. This role will play a key part in shaping the future growth and driving high-level performance and revenue across the site.

What you’ll be doing

As the Online Trading Executive, you will lead the planning, implementation and set up and the ongoing optimisation of all commercial eCommerce activities and will be the person who liases with both the content and marketing teams in order to make sure all promotions and messages align.

You will always have customer experience and how to drive conversion rates at the forefront of your mind and oversee the product categorisation, on-site navigation and search functionalities in order to enhance those.

You’ll also work closely with the merchandising and channels teams to make sure that all landing pages align and regularly analyse the performance of the websites and then reporting back your findings and recommendations for improvements.

What experience you’ll need 

• Previous experience in an Online Trading, Merchandising or eCommerce role
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand key data like conversation rates, add to cart rate etc.
• Commercially minded with growth experience
• Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and analytical tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics
• Strong strategic skills to drive decision making
• Good communication skills
