Paid Media Executive

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join a talented Paid Media team within an exciting well-known company based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in support with all things Paid/Search Marketing from setting strategies to hands-on delivery! What you’ll be doing

• Lead Paid Media Marketing activity for the App, collaborating with external partners/stakeholders including ad/social platforms and internal teams.
• Monitoring and managing paid campaigns, optimising spend across Google, Meta. Snapchat, TikTok and Apple.
• Track and update data, customer segmentation and performance, improving scale and cost per install.
• Analyse data including conducting A/B tests to maximise acquisition, conversion and engagement.
• Ensure smooth and timely activation of campaigns, with close alignment to wider paid media campaigns.
• Make data-driven decisions through market trends, competitive landscape and insights to continuously improve results.
• Support wider Paid Media team with search, social and display budgets and costs, in line with business objectives.

Experience you’ll need

• Hands-on experience with Paid Media Marketing for Apps (IOS and/or Android).
• Solid experience across Google, Meta, SnapChat, Tiktok and Apple Search Ads.
• Analytical mindset and ability to analyse and utilise data to make informed decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in SA360, Appsflyer and mobile conversion tracking is highly advantageous.
