We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media/Paid Search Specialist/Lead to join an established and innovative financial services company. This is the ideal opportunity for someone to join a new and exciting team with strong growth opportunities and a chance to make a real impact on the business.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the performance marketing manager, you will be responsible for leading the paid search strategy and produce top quality paid campaigns in order to drive performance and in turn helping with supporting the marketing team achieving their goals.

You will work with large budgets and drive creative strategy including copywriting for the paid search in order to continuously improve click through and conversion rates. You’ll work closely with other internal members to share ideas and report on results.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a Paid search/Paid Media role
  • Experience managing big budget campaigns
  • The ability to turn data into insight
  • Strong communication skills – able to present results and technical data into an understandable context
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Management experience – being able to coach and supervise small teams
