About the Performance Content Executive role

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Content Executive to lead on the agency’s performance creative initiatives. This role is all about delivering high-impact performance content for paid social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation, video scripting, and editing user-generated content (UGC) as well as having an analytical approach to in-platform performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Content Planning: Develop and manage content plans that support performance creative across paid social channels, aligning with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Content Management: Scripting, editing and shooting content.
  • Content Creation: Creating a putting together content for Meta
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key clients, understanding and addressing their business needs to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Organic Social Media Strategy: Develop and oversee organic social media strategies with the support of content creators, enhancing client engagement and performance.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with strategists, media buyers, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative and digital performance.
  • Client Account Responsibility: Take full responsibility for client accounts, ensuring the delivery of top-quality service and meeting all client objectives.
  • Content Coordination: Coordinate content plans with internal teams and paid media managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Commercial Management: Manage commercial aspects of the role, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability of projects and campaigns.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Content Creation Expertise: Experience in creating, scripting, and editing content, especially UGC, for digital platforms e.g Meta
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic content plans that align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Software Knowledge: Experience in using CapCut and/or Premier Pro
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analysing platform performance to tailor content creatively and effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Display an instinctive entrepreneurial spirit to identify and seize new commercial opportunities.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to manage expectations and maintain strong client and team relationships.
